If you are coming from the Interstate (toll highway), get off exit 53 (formerly exit 10), go to the light from off the exit, turn left onto Route 100 (Hannaford Brothers mall is on the right in front of you).  Go about 1/4 mile to the next light (this is Leighton Road), turn left onto Leighton Road, go about 1/4 mile, you'll see Baystate Financial on you right.

If you're coming from downtown Portland, go out Washington Ave till you get to exit 53 (formerly exit 10), Hannaford Brothers mall is on your right, follow above directions from there.

If you are coming from Windham, down Route 302, when you pass the "Pride's Corner Drive-in" , go to the next light and take a left onto Brook Road.  Go straight till you get to the 4-way stop at Blackstrap Road, and straight through.  Go another 1/4 mile to where you'll take a right onto Leighton Road.  Go another 1/4 over the Interstate bridge and you'll see the Baystate Financial sign on your left.
